This is the lighter grade of Agave Nectar. It has neutral flavour, enhancing naturally the taste of coffee, tea, fruit beverages, baked goods, fresh fruits, fruit smoothes, salad dressings, jams and jellies, ice cream, yoghurts, and various prepared foods, without altering their flavour.

2.- Agave Nectar Amber 464 ml/22.57 oz (640 g)

The amber and dark grades offer an increased intensity of the delicate flavour of Agave. The amber grade is delicious in tea, suitable to sweeten a wide variety of foods, dry and hot cereals, pancakes, waffles, baked goods, protein drinks, and sauces. Heavier sauces such as BBQ, spaghetti, stews and meat glazes may be enhanced by the darker grades of this sweetener which deliver the rich and complex flavours distinctive to Agave.

3.- Raw Agave Nectar 464 mL /22.57 oz (640 g)

Our organic RAW Agave Nectar is extracted naturally from the core of living agave cactus plants. The temperature in the entire process never exceeds 115 degrees F. This minimal processing and minimal heat preserved the vitamins, minerals and enzymes in agave nectar that are not found in other processed sweeteners.
